Before you arrive at your Southern Utah cabin, here are the questions we get most often — answered honestly.
When can we check in?
Standard check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. If you’re arriving early or need a later checkout, get in touch with Lisa before your stay. We do our best to accommodate, especially for groups coming off a long drive from Las Vegas or Salt Lake City.
How do we access the cabin?
Full arrival instructions including access details are sent a few days before your stay. Every property uses a keypad or lockbox — no waiting around for a key handover.
Is there parking on site?
Yes. All Southern Utah Stays properties have off-street parking. If you’re arriving in multiple vehicles or have a large trailer, mention it when you book so we can confirm the right setup.
What’s the maximum group size?
It depends on the cabin — properties range from family-sized to large group accommodation, with capacity up to 16 guests. Check individual listings for specific numbers, or email Lisa if your group is on the bigger side. She’ll point you to the right fit.
Are pets allowed?
Some properties are pet-friendly. Check the listing for the specific cabin you’re interested in, or ask Lisa before you reserve.
What should we bring?
Linen, towels and kitchen basics are provided. Bring your own toiletries, hiking gear and enough food for your first morning — the nearest supermarkets are in Panguitch for Bryce Canyon-side stays, and Hurricane or St George for Zion-side stays. Stock up on the way in.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is included at all properties. Works fine for remote working, video calls or an evening film with the group.
What if something goes wrong during our stay?
Call or message Lisa. She’s available throughout your stay and responds quickly. You’re not dealing with a call centre — you’re dealing with the person who manages the property personally.
Can we arrange a private chef?
Yes. Private chef service is available through our partnership with yhangry. Reach out before your stay so Lisa can help set it up — fine dining, family-style feasts or themed dinners, cooked and served in-house.
Any other questions? Email Lisa before you book. She’d rather answer them upfront.
